These rugs are meticulously handwoven by skilled artisans using high-quality wool, silk, and sometimes even gold or silver threads. Isfahan rugs are characterized by intricate floral and geometric patterns, often featuring central medallions surrounded by ornate borders. The color palette typically includes rich jewel tones such as deep reds, blues, and greens, creating a sense of opulence and luxury.
